Klargester Grease Separator 8,000 Litre

This is an 8,000 litre grease separator manufactured by Klargester. Grease Separators are used in commercial and industrial applications such as restaurants and hotels. These are an effective and hygienic method of separating fat and grease from wastewater flow. The units are based on the amount of meals per day with the waste being discharged into the unit from pot washing sinks, dishwashers and other kitchen waste sinks.

They reduce the amount of fats, oils and greases that enter sewers and are designed for use in commercial and industrial applications such as:
