The products are made from high-strength PVC, which makes them a hard-wearing gutter solution for larger industrial and commercial projects.

How straightforward is the installation of this guttering?

Brett Martin’s rainwater system comes with easy-installation CLIP & SEAL factory installed. The components simply snap together and a strong seal is formed between them at the same time. This makes assembly speedy and simple without having to compromise on rigidity, particularly around fixing points.

The product can also be installed with cordless power tools. Printed on the product itself are guide markings so that you can place the gutter exactly with enough space for it to expand in warm weather.

How many outlets do I need? And where do I place them?

The number of outlets you require is determined by a number of factors. Mainly, it is the amount of water run-off from the area of roof above the gutter. The amount of outlets you have and where they are placed can affect the total capacity of the system. For example, outlets placed within 2m of a gutter angle (for example, at corners) reduce the total capacity of the system by 10%. Therefore, the placement of these outlets is an important decision.
