Meet the team

I am the founder and MD of the Cotterill Civils Group. I originally set the company up in 1993 to offer agricultural contracting and drainage services to farmers but went on to grow it into a leading drainage, civils and environmental supplier.

My background is in farming and drainage, it’s something I’m passionate about so I also sit as Chairman of the land drainage division of the National Association of Agricultural Contractors (NAAC). In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and riding my motorbike across the alps.

As Sales and Logistics Manager, I am responsible for ensuring our sales and logistics team deliver an outstanding service. Whether that's making sure we provide you with the best advice, having the right products in stock and at the best prices or simply getting our products to you when we say we will deliver.

In my spare time I enjoy days out with my two young children, playing a couple of rounds of golf or off skiing down the slopes.

I’m responsible for the accounts and everything financial here at Cotterill Civils. So whether that’s managing the cash flow to paying the wages, I’m the person you’ll find below all the paperwork.

In my spare time, I love to going to theatre, especially musicals, I also enjoy going swimming, eating nice meals out and going on trips to London with my friends.

As head of our marketing department, I am the brains behind our marketing strategy and all of our marketing activity. Whether that's keeping you up-to-date with our latest product offers,making sure we look tip top at trade events or listening to our customers to make sure we're providing you with the products you need and want.

In my spare time (I don’t get much of this with two small children to chase around) I like to work out at the gym, eat out, read books and ski!)

I am responsible for overseeing our marketing communications and faciliating marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives. I also optimise marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.

In my spare time I enjoy clothes shopping, going on holiday, spending time with loved ones and socialising with friends.

I am the voice you will usually hear on the other end of the phone! I support the sales and marketing department with calls, research and administration.

In my spare time, I am a member of the National Trust and English Heritage sites, fostering dogs and doing yoga.

I work in the Accounts Department, I oversee the Purchase Ledger along with Adelle, it can be challenging but I love problem solving, I find it a satisfying part of the job when everything balances.

In my spare time I love socialising and hosting dinners with friends.

You will usually find me down the yard in my telehandler, organising the yard, unloading and loading deliveries, picking orders and various other jobs.
