Unequivocal technical advice when I was worried that we had accidentally purchased the "Home" crate system locally - These belong in a landlocked back plot where the heaviest weight will be a ride on mower. I was worried that the promise to deliver Monday as long as Ordered before cut off on Friday was going ro be an aspiration rather than actuality but all went well and the crates were installed and covered and a 2 ton digger parked on top by Monday afternon with no delay to the project.

Part arrived and looked well made. The only surprise was that it comes with twin wall pipe stubs with seals which are not on any of the drawings/models/pictures on the site which would have been handy to know. A quick modification to the existing pipes saw it fit perfectly and ready to concrete into place. Far better price than similar competitors chambers but a good quality item that does the job so I would use Cotterills again.

Purchased inspection chamber, arrived quickly. One item was missing which Cotterills quickly rectified.

Ordered for the first time online and order stated 2 to 3 days delivery as we needed for a job the following week . 7 days later I contacted you to be told they were not in stock for 3 weeks so I had to buy elsewhere as we were let down as items were needed asap . I cancelled the order over the phone and I’m still waiting for my money back . We won’t use you again

One of 3 units fitted on our site over the past few years, (2) 10 person and (1) 6 person units, all working perfectly, we have no compaints so far.

These crates are easy to work with. They clip together on both their upper and lower surfaces and have locating pins to stack one on top of the other. This allows them to be formed into a cube or other shape which is strong and stable. A bag of clips and pins was supplied with the crates for no additional cost. They certainly appear very strong as the 62 tonnes suggests. Cotterils had these delivered the day after I ordered these (very impressive) and they were very well wrapped and on a light palate. The drain entry points easily knock out for inserting a drain into the crate. Recommended.

These tubes are good and sturdy.

Lovely quality product, bit expensive and delivery costs that are stupidly high. So much so that when I required an extra item costing £13 I went elswhere rather than pay £59 delivery.
